I just watched the July 30 Public Safety Committee Meeting. I know, I'm a little behind. It seems to me that most of these council members are in favor of parks carry. Does anyone else get that impression?

I also got the impression that councilwoman Murray is talking a lot but not really saying much.

As an update: On the second reading last night they voted 20 to 14 to opt out. There is one more reading on the 18th from what I heard. If it passes on the third reading then it's approved.

I'm trying to get a list of how each member voted. If and when I get it I'll post.
