Anybody used either of these? 64gr winchester pp or speer 70gr?

The speer 70 is all over the map on OAL because the leading lead is not uniform. I had to kinda guess on seating depth. And the process of seating the bullet puts a ring around the leading edge. It looks like a thin jacket. Speer does rate it as a varmint bullet.

The winchester 64 seats better and has what looks to be a pretty tough jacket. OAL's are a little more uniform too.

If anybody has any experience using TAC under either bullet, comments appreciated. I had to extrapolate load info from the ramshot manual. I guess neither bullet is tacticool enough to make the manual.
