I watched it Sunday afternoon. Very very excellent movie. Not preachy or political...quite eye opening. Very very intense and very edge of your seat. Can't recommend it enough. If your in Knoxville its playing at Downtown West and the Pinnacle 18

Im kinda irritated with it. I hate knowing how it is in the army. Most movies cant get the relationships, props, conversations, etc. correct. This is another that doesnt quite make it.

The lone EOD team riding around solo. the sequence with the PMCs and the sniping was also pretty ****ing annoying.

I still think this movie is awesome....comes out on DVD next week(or is it this week?)....definitely gonna buy the Blu-Ray(I did figure the EOD team riding solo was inaccurate though supposedly the movie is "based on" a real person's experiences).

That scene was annoying, but were those guys PMCs or SAS? I guess it never really said though, right?

that was annoying, my guess would be PMCs though since they were talking about the 500k reward dead or alive

I watched it the other night. Overall it was a very good movie. I've never been to Iraq so I don't know what it's really like over there, but I like how the movie portrayed that you couldn't tell who was a friend or who was an enemy. You didn't know if they were a causal observer or if they were the trigger-man.

The sniping scene is way off. If a PSL could shoot like that, I would own 10. I liked the movie, but thought the ending was awful. It should have ended in the Humvee when they are driving off.

True........the sniping scene may have been a little off but I have always been interested in long range shooting and you can't get any better than the mighty Barrrett.
