Have you heard Ron Whites idea?

We buy Mexico, fix itr up and flip it to someone who someonoe who has the down payment but can't make the payments. They fix it up, we reposess it. Now we own it.

We keep that up all the way down to the Panama canal. Just think, each time we get a county, the fence keeps getting shorter :-)
