Hey Tungsten, maybe Urse will show you how it's done with a real gun. :stir:

I am trying to hook up with him this weekend for that.:D But I will be there along with my Cheap European Crap Pistols. I own more than Glocks by the way. Is this just a handgun thing? Or can I bring my Cheap Russian Crap AK.

Do we want to combine this event with the 11/3 event in Manchester? Or are we talking two separate fun times? (I'm referring the the mid-TN class III shoot discussed in another thread in the events forum.)

It would probably be better to combine the events, to help draw enough people for Hero-Gear to cover their costs properly... but perhaps we could have a smaller get-together in the 'boro at On-Target or something, before then? There are still a bunch of folks up there that I haven't met.

Next weekend there is that new gun-show in Lavergne... I am going to try and make it (probably shouldn't buy anything though). That'd be a good weekend for me to go shooting before or afterwards, as well. Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon...?

That'll be the 22nd and 23rd.

Is the gun show in LaVergne the weekend of the 22nd? I thought it was the 29th.

Joe @ Hero Gear and I talked about this today. It looks like we have 7 definites and 15 maybes. I am going to run with a figure of 20 people showing up and base my efforts at planning this off of that.

You can move me to a definite as long as it isnt the weekend of the 12th, and then Ill just be a maybe. Ill be camping only about 20 minutes outside of Winchester that weekend and may still be able to find a way to make it out.

We (not TGO) did a shoot one time with a full keg of beer. It wasn't full when we finished.

Yes, I know that isn't PC but it was a hell of a lot of fun and none of us even got shot. :D

No, I've had some really bad things going on lately and just have not had the time to finish organizing it. It sounds like this upcoming weekend is a bust for the Hero Gear folks anyway because of business commitments that Joe has, but perhaps next. It would have to be an informal get together at this point because of what I've got on my plate right now.

I'm up for shooting nearly anytime. I've got to get some more .357sig though... I haven't bought any in a while and I'm down to just a few boxes.
