Your carry weight

Here is a fun little game I would like to play. Weigh yourself in the morning in your basic boxers / tidy whities or whatever. Post Your Weight. Then weigh yourself in your day to day attire plus all the gear you carry on your person DAILY. This includes your carried handgun, spare mag, flash light, etc, etc. Subtract your total (w/ gear) weight from your morning weight. How much crap do you carry all day every day?

ME - 157.5 pounds this morning....

add - cell phone, wallet, keys, Glock 30sf in fobus OWB, spare mag, SOG trident, and Surefire light = 169.5 pounds

If my half way competant math serves me right - thats 12 pounds of gear carried daily. Have at it gents... lets see who comes up w/ the most ridiculous numbers. ;)

AS I get older, I'm wondering if I might need to become one of those "suspenders guys"!! All the weight we're talking about takes a toll on the back when the belt has to be so tight to hold it up!

OBTW it's not "tidy whities" it's tighty whities.

Tidy means neat and orderly in appearance or habits : well ordered and cared for.

And, if truth be told, my shorts don't fit this definition. Skid marks :P

I don't wear underwear so you all have a weight advantage.:death:

Does the term "Too Much Information" mean anything to either of you. ;)

Ha, I thought I was bad, I only carry about 3lbs of crap on a daily basis, plus the weight of a snubbie or glock 30 if I actually have the option to carry one (college campuses kind of frown on that sort of thing).
