I am looking for a holster for appendix carry IWB where the grip of the pistol is above the belt line.

I will be using either a Walther P99 (full sized) or a P99C (compact).

The one I have almost the entire pistol is below the belt line.

Any experience or recommendations?

Almost any straight drop IWB will work for appendix carry. I usually make my own from kydex and pull the dot loops, but I like High Noon Holsters for something that is inexpensive to try and see if you like it.

Crossbreed Qwikclip is a easy on and off and carries well in the appendix position.

I carry a J-Frame AIWB in a Blackhawk nylon IWB. Yeah, people say it's a piece of crap, but it hasn't failed me, and I can do anything while carrying.
