Using any kind of ablative medium in a suppressor designed for high powered rifles is generally a no-no. The initial pressures are quite high, and the medium can cause overpressure in some instances, which can lead to disastrous failure. Most manufacturers do not recommend it. However, if you are shooting subsonic loads, you may be alright. Play it safe and email the manufacturer and ask them directly. Rifle cans are designed to be used dry. YMMV.
