Something without a strap, like the kydex Comp-Tac, but in leather... I have a Comp-Tac, but it just refuses to turn loose of my 19. It works fine with my 17, but with my 19, I look like Barney trying to get the gun out. It's been back to the factory for a re-do, but it still just ain't right...

I use Don Hume leather paddle holsters all the time. The paddle is removable, so in theory you could convert it to an on-belt version.
