WOW! it thought i was the only person on earth that had one. ammo??? i got 500rds from a guy at the nashville gun show a few weeks ago for $15.00 per 100rds. are they all chambered in 7.62x25? sweet gun tho. love mine have the 4 mags that came with it. got mine years ago new in box with 4 mags $110.00 out the door. like i said a long time ago. would you ever carry this gun? only fmj avalible that i have found.

Wow! Are you sure you got a Yugo M-57, years ago? As far as i know these have only been sold since Feb. for $229.+. There is all types of X25 ammo available including H Point's.

As far as carrying one for Self Defense, they are a little heavy, but beats throwing a Rock! The military version was only made in X 25!

woops sorry my bad ! mine is not a m-57 tok. mine is a chinese tok or the box said tok. the gun says chinese. just dug it out to look. still i like shooting it. its not that heavy tho but i havent been able to find much ammo and all i have found has been the fmj. like i said had it for a lomg time forgot about it till i cleaned out the holding cell. think ill take it out to play today it hasnt been out in a couple of years:woohoo:

Ammo in 762x25 is still about the cheapest out there, and S&B does make the new stuff which is Non-Corrosive and has a Velocity of 1715 + FPS.

Some Chinese were also made Commercial models in 9mm and a few also came with barrels for both caliber's as well as 9mm Mags containing spacer's!

The safety (aftermarket) is backwards, but aside from that they are fine!
