The only problem I had with A1 was they charge your CC when you place the order and if their website was wrong about quantity or in stock you'll get no notification your order was backordered.

I placed an order, waited, waited, waited, finally called to find out my order was on backorder. They charged my cc the day of the order. I told them to cancel it and issue credit.

These places should not charge you until the order is verified and ready to ship.

We never order online without a call to make sure the item is in stock. Can't trust web sites to be updated. Just saying they treated us right a number of times.

We ordered yesterday and the items were shipped today.
