8/10 first try. And feel stupid for missing the two that I did.

I guess 8/10 makes me a nut. I guess I should have watched Lone Wolf McQuad a little more recently and cared about the 300 RUM.

At least I beat the average.

I got 6/10, so I guess I'm not a gun-nut either.

I guessed at a lot of them!

Actually, this is a quiz for re-loaders, and ammo nuts, not gun nuts!

Not up to date on the Rifle cartridges and haven't seen "lone Wolf..." in years.

ding, ding, ding!

this is not a gun nut quiz, more about ammo than anything. bout the only ones that should have been there IMO were the maker of 44mag and pre 64 winchester, rest did not belong.

heaven help you if you are under 30 years old and dont know about tv shows or movies in the 50s and 60s that had guns in them

Damn... oh well... I only knew one for sure - the rest... guesses.

I'm still a gun nut - I just can't AFFORD anything that I want (which goes with other hobbies, as well).

Well, I got 3/10. And, I feel pretty good knowing that I actually knew those. Guess I've got a looong way to go before being classified as a nut.

I'm too much of a noob to do that well, but I did remember the Lone Wolf McQuade answer.
