(Chattanooga) It's Raining Primers, Hallelujah!

Just left Sportsman's Warehouse about an hour ago. After my purchase (limited to two boxes), there were still over 50,000 small pistol (CCI 500) on the shelf, 1000 small rifle (Remington 6 1/2), and 1000 large rifle magnum (CCI...something50) primers on the shelf.

Also, a few bricks of CCI Blazer .22, a bunch of assorted bullets and cases, and ~79 new guns in the back which will be on the shelves tomorrow.

As a courtesy, please do not go to Sportsman's Warehouse until after 1:00 pm tomorrow, as I want another shot at that stuff. Hey, I'm tellin' you about it, so no cutting in front...

Seriously, though...I think they're $24 for a box of 1000. Don't hold me to that, as I didn't pay too much attention to the cost.

As for the AW selection...I don't know. Guns will be out on the shelves tomorrow.

Actually I could have got you all that you ever wanted...but they would have been $70 a box

one thing about sportsmans is their prices didn;t go up too much. they did get ridiculous on some crappy 30 rd AR mags for a while, but primers n powder stayed pretty consistent (at least the tag on the empty shelf did)

If it were raining primers.. there wouldn't be a limit on purchase.. but that is alright.. I will be recieving my order of 20,000 primers here very soon..

I made a special trip from Knoxville to Chattanooga to get those primers, and I left a very happy camper! I REALLY appreciate you telling us about the primers at the Sportsman's Warehouse! Since it was my first time there, I also picked up a few other things I was looking for, such as a die set for 9mm for my Dillon reloader! The primers were $24/1000 and the die set was $59. Pretty good deals!
