Bays Mountain is considered a city park so unless the Board of M & A exempt it, then it will be no carry.

A friend of mine was hiking up there just a couple of weeks ago and came up on a mama bear and two cubs. The ranger he talked to later told him they have been seeing more bear this year than ever before.
