I know you didn't ask (so disregard if you have your mind set on GGG), but I like these better. They're quality gear, simpler, lower profile, same plane aperture is standard, and cheaper.

I second this, troy sights are excellent - have a pair on my AR. I believe Hero Gear also has a bunch of Magpul's new flip up sights too, those should be quality sights as well, and much less expensive. I believe they are polymer though, if you arent specifically looking for metal sights.

I was actually thinking about getting Yankee Hill fold up front and rear. I just heard about GGG the other day and thought I would look them up. Thanks for the info about Troy Ind. Thanks to all.

I also got the Magpul BUIS from Hero Gear and they are tight for polymer framed sights! Got a whole set shipped for less than one or the other of any of the above irons. I don't think you can go wrong either way, but for the money, these Magpul's are the cat's meow!

I would like to know more about some Magpul sights.

I would like to know how to mount optics and still be able to use some kind of iron sights actually, before I spend $100 plus dollars on iron sights.

just installed my MBUS rear ( I have a fixed front) and it looks great. low profile, flips easily, and was only $40.

These mount behind your optic and are used as described, as back ups (or main sight if no optic) incase the optic fails. you would then just flip them up and keep on killin zombies
