I have a Colt Viper 38 Special Nickel Plated Revolver that used to belong to my Grand Father. It is in very good condition and I don't have the Original Box that it come in. I have heard that this gun was only made for one year and would fit in someone's Snake collection. Does anyone know about how much the gun is worth??? Thanks Tony

Any pictures? It kinda depends on what you mean by "very good condition".

They are pretty rare, and worth a pretty penny. Without seeing it, I would guess somewhere around $1000, give or take.

Thanks for the info. guys. I've had a $700 offer on it and thought that it was a tad low. I guess that it will get worth more as the years pass. Again thanks. Tony
