sorry folks, but I don't care. Someone that molests or endangers kids deserves time in hades. The world won't be any different without him.

Funny watching him transform from a young black boy to an old white woman. :D

I'll never understand the "King of Pop" thing. Thriller is absolute crapola, but I'm man enough to admit that "Billie Jean" puts a little shuffle in my step. That and of course "ABC". Other than that not a fan.

poor Farah's last minutes in the spotlight will be for ever lost to this pedophile passing on the same day.

No kidding. That's what I call injustice.

I am responding to the thread without reading it first.

All I can say is OMG.

Love him or hate him this is the biggest celebrity death since Elvis.

He was one year younger than me. Sure makes a person feel their mortality.

wow, that's not in bad taste.

Who gives a ****?

Guy speaking as a guest on Fox News just had a Freudian slip.

Mentioned Michael touched a lot of people in a lot of ways. Yikes.

no comment cause i have nothing good to say about the freak

His family has my condolences. Siblings lost a brother. Parents lost a son. Children lost a father. Whether or not he did any of the things he was accused (and never convicted) of is now between him and whatever lies beyond death.

Despite his recent legal troubles and questionable actions (was he ever convicted of anything?) the guy had some talent back in the day. You don't get called the Artist of the Decade, King of Pop, inducted into the R&R Hall of Fame, 13 Grammys, etc for nothing...

Yep, that's three. Walter Cronkite is sleeping easier tonight. Figured he'd be #3

Joan Rivers can sleep easier as well!! I thought she would have been #3.

Joan has been dead for years, the Grim Reaper gets violently ill everytime he tries to tell her.

100% Agreed, nicely put.

Well I guess I'll be the first to say that I am a fan of MJ's music...thats about it though.

I don't know, I'd have to say John Lennon's murder eclipsed this.

I wouldn't put too much weight on that. It's practically impossible to convict a celebrity in southern CA. Don't forget, they walked OJ too.

Don't put too much weight on what? I was asking a question...

Bawawwawahahahahahaaaaa......

I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes... I'm laughing so hard!!!

As a side story... my family just got back from a Carnival Carribean cruise. One of the nights, outside of the casino I saw 200+ passengers jumping around in front of a small stage. Upon further investigation... I realized that 3 of the on-board dancers were teaching this whole group the Thriller dance moves to the music... a few steps at a time. After about 30 more minutes... the whole group went all the way thru the whole song with all the moves! It was an amazing thing to watch.

Facinating how the boy-man has affected our culture. And in many ways, I've alway felt sorry for him. :sadwave:

he should get no more credit than anyone else who died today, not as much as most.

Sad...a guy with all the talent in the world and look how his last years on earth were spent.

you guys are cruel....like him or not, he sold records. i remember the J5 on the Ed Sullivan Show. He could move, sing, and was a true showman. Like him or not, he sold albums and sold seats. He was indeed a great music icon. Too bad he wanted to look like Diana Ross. He was certainly touched in the head, just goes to show you being a celebrity does have its price. Farrah, Ed, Michael...gone today. Sad....let's all sing together "Just beat it, beat it", "we are the world".
