just got my fingerprints done today...now I wait in anticipation

My wife and I just got our HCP's today, and so did our neighbor across the street. Wait was 79 days, and the effective date on the permit was 13 days ago.

And tomorrow I'll get to carry in Tennessee and Texas!

It took me over 3 months to get mine. I can't carry on campus though, which while I am in, I spend most of the day in college.

my wife and i got our finerprints done this morning. we plan on making "the call" in about 2 weeks.

I made "the call" & got it in 5 days. A buddy of mine who took the same class I did waited for a while before he finally called & they told him it was waiting on the desk, just waiting for him to call

I got mine in the mail today. I sent my prints in (from the UPS Store) on April 4, and I finally got around to calling about it on June 20 or so. Effective date on mine was June 11.

Especially handy since I'm driving to North Carolina tomorrow.

I called to check today, even though I only put in the paperwork 2 weeks ago. she said call again next week and everything will probably be ready. She said that way I wouldn't have to wait the full 90 days...
