Glock 27 question

I know that I can convert my G27 to 357 sig by just a drop in barrel. Can the G27 be converted to 9mm the same way and with using 9mm mags? I see barrell conversions offered from Lone Wolf and others. Has any one done this? Thanks

Assuming the G27 is as versatile as a G23, then yes. I've got a 9mm Lone Wolf barrel for my G23 that works great. If you're lucky the original .40 mags will work but you may want to get the 9mm mags. I would not carry a converted pistol, but it's nice to switch calibers.

Yes....you can convert the G27 to a 9mm. Lonewolf carries the conversion barrels...I have heard great things but have yet to try one out. I am not much on the cartoon character logo, and they do offer a black version and one with the logo on the back side of the barrel FWIW...they recommend to have the G26 mags to eliminate any feeding issues. My Sig 229 is .40 and I have a 9mm BarSto barrel...it uses the .40 cal mags with 2 additional rounds and no ftf after 1,000 rds. I do like the BarSto product as it is more accurate than I am and they do make a barrel for the G27/9mm conversion....a litlle more pricey though. Oh yea...there is also Storm Lake barrels....good feedback as well...good luck

I tried it with my G32 and lone wolf barrel and I also ordered a 9mm extractor and didn't have any problems. I don't know if a .40 extractor will give you any problems but I never bothered to find out.
