A friend of mine went to renew his hcp a few days ago at the local Chattanooga highway patrol office. The person taking his picture told him to try to look like Clint Eastwood and instead of saying "cheese" say: "Go ahead punk, make my day!"

I think they say that to everyone. I got a comment like that too. I think they were just playing.

Actually there is a move in most states to no longer allow smiling with license photos. It seem the "facial recognition" software performs better without a person smiling. It seems that it makes it more difficult. So I say we all smile.
