After looking for over a year for a Walther P99 9mm QA black frame, I finally found one. It wasn't priced too bad either I might add. They are pricey, but when you factor in the back straps, extra mag, & 4 front sights it really isn't so bad. Got it for $649 from Buds. This thing fits like a glove and all the controls feel like they were designed and fit to my hand and taste. I absolutely love it. Of course I did have to sell my awesome G19 to fund this bad boy.:D Now to find some more 9mm ammo to try the thing out!

That's mighty Purty, and you just can't go wrong with a Walther.

Congrats. I love my P99.

Yup. I really like the SA/DA design.

Edited to add: Magazines are not cheap. Anyone know of a source that would be under $50?

If you don't mind non-factory here's a source:

Walther P99 9mm 15 Rd Promag Gun Magazine - $24.95 Walther P99 9mm 15 Rd Promag Gun Magazine

I ended up ordering factory stamped magazines from Amazon. Paid $41 each. There are probably local sources that stock them today. No one seemed to have them when I was looking.

I prefer the QA design myself. Something about that initial trigger set on the AS was odd to me.

Wish I could say. Haven't had a chance to get it out yet. If it shoot haalf as good as my previous one, I think I'll like it.
