FN PBR

Recommended Posts

I acquired this FN PBR a few weeks a ago and just got the chance to shoot it today. Joe (HeroGear) had been bugging me to post this when I bought it but my camera wasn't working .

I love the way this rifle shoots. And the little but of cushion sure beats the steel plate that makes up the butt stock of my 8MM Mauser.

At least it's not a Mosin M-44 shooting 7.62x54R Heavy Ball when you're wearing a thin t-shirt because it's July and 110 degrees outside in the middle of Texas...

Not at all but then I was comparing it to the recoil from my Mauser, which thanks to the steel butt plate has no cushioning at all.

I feel your pain. I was shooting yesterday in a thin t-shirt because it way to hot for this cubicle jockey. Those t-shirts just don't add any padding.
