Outback Steak House in Cleveland TN will *not* be prohibiting legal carry!

I think those that are advocates of open carry should consider one thing.

That precludes any element of surprise and sometime the element of surprise may be a "life saver"

OK well has the Outback in Cleavland posted since we now know that it is a company policy?

As of last Sunday they had not, I will check again this weekend, but I will tell you I was told by the owner (the man running that location) they would NOT be posting.

It may be different franchises. The group that owns the one in Cleveland also owns some more, one I think in Calhoon (I'm assuming GA).

I hope it works out but I got a letter from one of the goons at HQ and it is a company wide policy. Look on the front door for a non legal sign that sais something to the effect of "we respect everyones rights but do not allow firearms" The one I saw was maybe 5 inches high and 8 inches wide.

So will they change the motto?

"no rules, just right"

Johnson City Outback has the exact same sign.

Just got back from the Outback in Cleveland, as of tonight they ARE NOT POSTED. The owner of that location said he was NOT going to post. Also had a nice talk with my waiter and he wants to get his HCP also.:D .

Watch out fella's, the outback in Cleveland may be better armed than we are.:)

im curious,

If outback is a franchise, can they even impose policies on franchise owners in this situation? How can Outback Steakhouse International tell Joe Owner that he has to post no guns on HIS restaurant?
