Parks and long guns in cars

It is my understanding that once a bill passes both the Senate and the house the Gov only has 10 days (not including Sunday) to either sign or veto the bill. By my math that would me it today for the parks and long guns bills. I have not heard anything on this though. Has anybody else?

I am missing some info here? Does the clock start when they are passed, when the speakers sign it, or once the gov recieves it. Either way it should be coming up here shortly (I am thinking by the end of this coming week)
