Ok so i dont have much knowledge on the ARs, so my question is say your browsing a company like stag arms, DPMS, or Model 1 Sales and it says complete rifle kits.... does that mean thats everything you need, like its ready to fire or is there some other things that need to be bought. This might sound like a stupid question but ill never know until i ask. Thanks guys.

Oh ok is this what that means... it says...All kits are complete- Less stripped Lower Reciever

Posted

The stripped receiver is considered the actual firearm since it is the serialized part. You can have all of the parts shipped to your home except the stripped lower receiver.

You'll need to buy the lower through an FFL dealer. There are two in this area who are sponsers of this site. Recommend you try either.
