Other than "kewl" I can't understand why someone would want something like that. The ammo is expensive. I just don't see a lot of use for it.

But hey, whatever floats someone's boat I guess.

I'd want a P90:D

Congrats on your purchase!

We recently sold our demo gun, so I dont have one I can actually shoot right now :(

When we did, I was amazed at how much fun it was to shoot!

We DO have a few NIB PS90s for sale (one with the (way too) expensive USG sight) and one inbound next week with the 1913 rail system.

I am VERY tempted to adopt the flattop gun as our new demo PS90

**If we do...it will be sent to CMMG for a 10.3" barrel and conversion to a full-auto Post 86 sample :D

Here is good source for info on the 5.7 round:

Actually it is 5.7x28. FN makes several different rounds, one of which is AP and also restricted to LE.

Rounds run about $20 a box of 50.

Sorry, hit the 5 once too often. I guess I stutter when I type...

I haven't shot a PS90, but have the P90. It's a lot of fun - especially if you are using someone else's ammunition.

I had a Five-seveN for a while too.

Hey Hero Gear:

" **If we do...it will be sent to CMMG for a 10.3" barrel and conversion to a full-auto Post 86 sample"

just what would that cost a fella :-)

Also...whats the cost on getting the rail to replace the factory sights?

CMMG will sell you the barrel for around 250.00 and then you have the cost of registering it as a SBR on a Form 1.

So figure 250.00 + 200.00 + 50ish for the cost of have the receiver marked.

You can remove the factory sight, and install a tri-rail for another 200.00

CMMG has all sorts of uber-cool FN stuff

**That about all YOU can do to the PS90 unless you are a FFL / SOT, so dont plan on having a select fire P90 anytime soon :D

Hey Danny!

Nice acquisition. I saw her on the wall when I was at G&L doing the Glock/Kimber swap and shop. Talked to Robert there about them for a while, sounds like you will enjoy it. All I can say about the ammo is "buy in bulk and aim carefully!"

Enjoy.

I can even shoot it on the G&L range according to Dennis :-)

I was checking on ammo prices...they don't look too bad. I found 50 rounds for 19.99 at Midway.

I was wondering where my Allen range bag went. Give it back!

(nice cheap but servicable bag there, I use the insert on my bookshelve to protect a metal object I like to have around when I sleep)
