All I can hope is that this order is the way Representative Todd lined up support to override--"You let us discuss my bill first, and I'll support your override."

Interesting that the number of amendments to discuss on this bill keep growing, and growing, and growing, and....

I think there is a budget sub-committee scheduled for 2pm. If that is the case, this water thing could run out the clock - again.
