He's not the one keeping the debate going.....He would like to have it passed hours ago.

But Yes he didn't want a clean bill in the confrence committee, but he did vote for HB0962

Well to be more exact apparenlty 5.9ppm is ok, but 7.9ppm is bad.....

That is according to some in the House, not the EPA or the TDEC though....
