Where are we on this stuff?

Anyone know how many days it has been and or when is the press conference so Governor Dipstick can veto these too?

better say a little prayer.. and keep your fingers crossed, because what Im hearing is he's going to veto the parks one. That will be a much harder one to overide. Especially if hte legislature has already left for their break... they will either have to come back for a special session or deal with the overide in Jan when they return.

Well Bredesen has proved his stance, it wouldn't suprise me if he vetoes any other firearm related bill that comes his way.

I kind of assumed all along the parks bill was going to be DOA at his desk.

I am hopeful yet about the long gun thing.

I do believe the legislature will be in session long enough to deal with these bills as well should he veto.

So If I do my math right it would be June 11 that they pass into law if he ignores them.
