I can be a Pens fan until they play the Predators. Heck, if I could see Pittsburgh beat up on San Jose, I might even go buy a jersey...maybe. Okay, maybe a Penguins T shirt. Yeah, I could do a t shirt if they ever smack the Sharks around.

Man, I can't believe I haven't seen this thread until now. Nice to see so many people enjoying the NHL playoffs. I'm a huge hockey fan, been watching since the 70's and if you can't tell from my name, I'm a big Montreal Canadiens fan (and for all the Detroit fans out there, if they win it this year, they'll be half way to the Canadiens Cup total ).

As for this series it's been really good (with the exception of the last game). I think it'll go 7 with Detroit winning it. The Pens are a different team at home but just can't seem to get things going in Detroit. They'll bounce back from game 5 but I think Detroit will end up taking it back in Detroit (though I really hope I'm wrong).

We don't get much. The occasional first round of the playoffs, and every once in a while we whup on Detroit pretty hard. Let me enjoy my moment, alright?

There will be several folks on this forum eating either penguin or octapie late Friday night. Personally, after the PANKIN the pens got at the Joe the other night in game 5, I think they will be ready. I will put on my rally cap, butter my popcorn, chill the bubbly, and wait for the cup to return to Pittsburg. Its going to happen so sayeth the fatboy:pleased:
