move or delete if needed a so-called friend and i where talking yesterday at work . we both have HCP. we were talking where you cant carry. it came up about liquor package store he says i know one thing for sure you cant carry in a liquor stor i said i think thats been change. He jumped up and said "you dont know what your f@#$ing talking" about and stormed out. ive found 39-17-1305 but i cant find anything about a repeal of the package store . either i'm a dummy or he's a dummy can you guys help prove which one is:screwy:

TCA 39-17-1305 is pretty clear. It only applies to places where alcohol is "served for on premises consumption."
