Update on the story of the crazy lady calling the police at the sight of a firearm. I didn't have time to ask her exactly why she called the police. She wasn't actually one of our customers. She came in after he left and told us everything she did. I guess she wanted to warn us about the danger of the armed paying customer who was already on his way home. She certainly wasn't a "young lady", but she was frantic enough to keep anyone else from getting a word in edgewise. Once I get my holster worked on for my Judge so it has some form of retention such as a strap and button, I'll start open carrying that. It's also difficult as all get out to conceal that freakin' thing.

Also, dough that's been in a cooler the way pizza chains do needs to be left out to warm up for a bit as opposed to going straight to the makeline, turned into a pizza, and put it the oven. Dough that doesn't get prepped properly can very easily make people sick. That's how you can get food poisoning from bread.
