No kidding! Georgia Arms has a booth at the show. Today I was able to purchase 500 rounds, in a metal ammo can, for $220. They also sold it for $22.50 for a plastic bag of 50 rounds. This is the full metal jacket -- brass with a copper bullet, 95 grains. Beautiful! They also had lots and lots of .223, ammo -- 55 grains, full metal case, brass with copper tip bullet, for $210 for 500 rounds (also loose in a metal ammo can). The show is at the Expo building on Clinton Hwy. tomorrow (Sun. 24th) too!:)

I was pleasantly surprised to see G.A. there. I got 1K of .40 from them by UPS yesterday. I was hoping they would have cans of .38. Picked up a few bags of the 50 ct. cowboy loads at $11,50 a bag though. Plus a few rounds for my SKS and Mosin from another vendor.. The crowd was a little smaller than I would have thougt for a gun show. Must be due to the holiday weekend.

I bought some of those, too. However, there was another vendor who actually had a better buy on the .38 special ammo just a few tables away, closer to the entrance wall. The vendor was from Dixon, TN, and his prices weren't that much different from Wal-Mart. I couldn't believe it. I got his card.

Damn Them! How are people supposed to sell their .380 ammo for a buck a round, when people keep pulling this kind of crap!!!!!!!! I want names and I want them now!! This kind of predatory pricing has to stop immediately! Or else!:stir:

Do they come to all the Knoxville shows? I might have to make a roadtrip sometime if they come back.

Has anyone ever been to their store near Atlanta? I'm going to be in the area for the fourth of July and was wondering if the prices match the website. Might have to stock up.

They've only been to 2 in the last year or so...there's a Gun Show Schedule on their site. They travel far and wide over the southeast, usually more than one gun show per weekend.

And yes, I think walk in sales are same price, just no shipping obviously, if it's in stock. Note that some of the "Canned Heat" stuff is listed as not available due to component shortage ... don't know if that means they have none in store too or not.
