What are the rules on carry there? The website says firearms not permitted, but it's not a legal posting. I can't remember if they sell alcohol there or not.

Last time I went it was a DUDE wearing wings and running around sprinkling pixie dust [glitter] on people. I let him know in no uncertain terms If he got that on me he'd be flying with his head pointing down after I shove his wings up his a~~. Annoying little sissy.

I wouldn't feel too uncomfortable not carrying at a Renn. Festival. If the SHTF you'd have plenty of battle axes, maces, flaming arrows and other deadly primitive weapons at your disposal. (Well, I don't know about the flaming arrows but it'd be pretty cool.) Wouldn't be a bad place at all to fend off zombies.

As far as the selling and consuming of alcohol goes, it's irrelevant since it is not within the confines of a building.
