Question?????????

I have a trade on the table for a Taurus 327 Federal which I really want, but I am going to have to give up a complete Tactical Innovations lower with two 30 round Tapco p-magazines and enough .223 ammo to fill both clips. Is this trade worth it for me?

I would say no. The odds of the .GOV restricting the sale of Taurus revolvers are far less than the odds of them restricting the sale of AR15s. You should be able to trade just the two Tapco magazines for anything made by Taurus.

Seriously, Taurus doesn't have the best reputation for after the sale support. I'd look for a revolver from another manufacturer if it were me, and then re-consider the trade.

I agree, and while their revolvers have a better reputation as far as reliability than their pistols, I'd either wait on the trade, or try and get a better deal.

Nope. Not worth it. Not saying the quality isn't there on the Taurus, it is and I trust my life to one, but right now the black rifle stuff is worth a lot more than a Taurus revolver.

Why? Is it better to be shot in the butt with a revolver?

And the gauntlet has been thrown!

I love my Glock 19 and it seems to co-exist nicely with our various M&Ps inside the safe. Maybe the Glock is defective. :D

+1 on waiting for a better deal. I love my Taurus guns but to give up my Bushmaster M4 for a new Taurus ummmm negative, nadda, no way. Consider it "black gold" without the mess.

You think its funny and your Glock is defective. But I have a friend whos uncles best friends dad opened his safe and at the same time his wife yelled his name. He turned around to answer his wife and bang right in the butt.

So take this as a warning. Dont turn your butt towards your safe after you open it. Or you may end up with 1 brown eye and 1 red eye. Now with the M&Ps in there, they will help keep the Glock under control but do not take the chance.:shake:
