To all that are able you are invited to the ninth annual Smokey Mountain Thunder Memorial Ride to pay tribute to our fallen heroes. The ride will be on the 24th, it will begin with a ceremony at the Sevierville courthouse in the old part of downtown at 10:00 and the ride will begin at 11:00. We will ride 60 miles to the Veteran's overlook for closing ceremony's. This year is dedicated to The Forgotten War in Korea and it's Veterans but all fallen will be remembered. We had around 1300 riders last year and would love to have 1500 or better for this year.

I have been told that a pancake place just in front of the courthouse will be open early for breakfast, and as always many of our State, County and City officers will as usual be leading the parade and clearing the way for the entire route and watching over us to make this as safe as always.

You can also catch the tail end of the route at Colboch HD and then return to Colbach after as they usually have food vendors on site and are open for a while for customers to browse and shoot the bull.

Hope to see you on the ride, Rando
