Now I know you left minded folks don't want to read this, so move along ;)

Most Americans think that Obama administration promises to "invest" tax dollars really mean the government will be spending, not saving, according to a FOX News poll -- and 71 percent want less government in their lives.

THIS JUST IN...

Breaking news from the common sense faction of middle America...

Now the question is, what are we going to do about it?

2010 will tell.

I'm totally dissatisfied with both political parties. George Bush and the GOP congress spent like drunken sailors. Just look at what the national debt did during his years. And Obama, he's going to out do W, not only with one time spending, but with new programs that cement future spending.

You can't borrow money forever. And neither can our nation. The dollar's demise, and resulting hyperinflation, will not be pretty. Gold and silver remain your only defense to protect any savings you may have.

Oh now NoBama has a plan for that too, as he'll declare that government property and take it away from you, as that doesn't fit in with his distribute the wealth plan (from you to him that is)

maybe all of this madness will finally get people to wake up and think about WHO they are voting for instead of which political party. As long as the majority of voters vote strictly on the party line, they will allow themselves to be completely used as tools by those parties.

I'm all in favor of term limits - 1 term period, that will prevent the greed and corruption and influence (at least severly limit it) we've been seeing and will curb the massive donations and all donations fully documented so no more other countries funding elections here. That'll be just a start. They can run again if they want, just not for the same position. After they sit one out, they can run for it again, oh and no more retirement for them and they can't vote themselves a pay raise, that can be decided "by the people" who can also reduce their pay just like the rest of us go though to keep our jobs.
