Who are they? Located in Knoxville, and gaining quite the reputation on several other forums. Anyone done business with them that could verify or debunk?

I have. There is a thread here somewhere with several accounts of how they screwed people. I will never order from them again. Horrible policies, horrible customer service.

Ah! Thats why I remember the name. I was on the Ruger Forum and somebody was getting the same old run around! I think they had a different address though. Neale Drive maybe?

Yep, I ordered from them, they charged immediately. I gave them 1 month to deliver the items. When they didn't I called them and asked to cancel the order and get a credit back to my account. After 10 days, they had not credited my account, so I had my CC company reverse the charges.

Just FYI - I drive by that building every week... There is a for lease sign in the window of that suite. It appears to have been empty for a while now.

After reading the other thread linked above it looks like this store is a no go.

Apparently this outfit has moved to Neal Dr in Halls Crossroads (off Maynardville Hwy just North of Knoxville). Since it's only about 4 miles from my house I'll make a trip to see what I can see this week...
