Which of these would bug you more?

Forgetting your phone or your carry / car gun?

Let’s say running around locally for a couple hours. Would you keep going or go back home to get it?

I've left the house without either on occasion. For me its kind of a "Aw Crap!" moment when I realize I don't have it. But then I just go on with whatever I was doing and don't worry about it. I pay attention to my surroundings and try hard not to need my gun. As for the phone, I never liked being tied to an electronic leash anyway. If its important, they'll call back.

The one thing that bugs me if I don't have it is my pocket knife. I feel just plumb nekkid without that. 😲

I have forgotten my phone when I was on the way to work and, since I use it there I had to go back and get it.

I have forgotten my phone on the way to town or whatever, realized it, and continued to enjoy the peace of not having it.

If I forgot my gun I would discontinue all other activities until I went back and got it.

This AM I was going to a dealership for service and took my truck gun out of the console before I left. As I sat there waiting this question came to me.

At home, never have my phone near me and it's occasionally off, but admit I have a hard time going out without it.  Not concerned about comms as much as I use nav alot, as well as looking up things on the net while in a store (harbor freight coupons usually lol).  Being a transplant, I still get turned around more than I like to admit.

I have gone back for my phone if not too far away. I do more pros and cons on the gun.

I've left my wallet at home and didn't go back, just paid with my phone. I've left my phone and didn't go back. I've only forgotten my carry pistol once and I went straight back home. LOL It really made the Mrs angry.

And that moment you reach for the knife and it's not there. I start wondering where I left it or if I lost it again.

If I'm not going far it's nice to forget the phone sometimes.

I do not lose knives. I give them away, unintentionally.😝
