goofing off on youtube watching various shooting videos, i ran across a link to something. im not so sure this thing is legal, not to mention what would happen if anyone tried to order this part.

it is the glock converison to make any model fully auto. last time i checked, one of these would land you in the federal ass pounding prision. tell me what you think.

Yeah big time illegal. The feds probably shut it down and the owner is probably on his way to federal 'pound me in the ass' prison.

Link worked for me. From the looks of it, it appears that the "switch" doesn't and can't move anything on the piece that he is selling. Anyone with more inner workings intelligence see anything of note in the pics?

The link didnt work for me but Class 2's and SOTs can convert Glocks to full auto with a demo letter. A lot of the full auto Glocks you see are conversions and not orginal Glock 18/18C's. There is a whole grey area when you start talking about these conversion parts, like the "drop in auto saftey sears" that you see in Shotgun News. People have believed for years that its an ATF set-up. I have also heard that you can own these if you dont own a AR15 or in this case a Glock, but who really knows. I dont want to be the one who finds out.

i have seen two back covers for these things. one does not have a switch and this one does. the one that is on the G18s sticks out a lot farther than this one. the firing pin has a lot more room to move back and forth.

i ran across that while randomly looking around. i didnt search for that lol. be my luck i would get a knock on the door for simply looking.

A real Glock 18 has the same back cover as every other glock, it just has a selector switch on the side of the slide.
