big game hunt out west

I'm starting to plan my first big game hunt for fall of 2010! i'm very excited about going and want some input from you guys....I'm wanting to go on an elk hunt or a mule deer hunt. does anybody know of a good outfitter that is somewhat reasonable on the prices but is still a good place to go? i have found a couple places around 3000 but i'm just wanting to see if i can do it any cheaper than that. thanks for any and all help!

Sage-n-sun outfitter!!!! Dave Potts is the outfitter, went with The Bronker a few years ago! Awsome place he owns most of the land. Hunted for 3 days never seen the same piece of property. It is in eastern montana, great spot for mule deer.

www.sage-n-sun-outfitters.com is the spot. Its in Forsyth, MT. I have hunted with Dave Potts for about 15 years. He owns and/or leases exclusive rights to over 250,000 acres of private land. And he's just downright an awesome guy! I give him an A++

Recommend him without hesitation. Like Jcochran88 says, he's hands down the best I've hunted with. I guess I've been with him 7 or 8 times.

2600 for a 4 day deer hunt...not bad, i don't know if there is a traphy fee or if that is with a lic. or not. did you get a deer everytime you went hunting there?

That does not include license. he offers outfitter tags or you can do the draw system. no trophey fees!! We seen several deer it was more like take your pick.
