Help Settle a Family Argument (Discussion)

We've had rain for a week. Too wet to work the garden and too wet to go to the club to shoot.

When it drys out a bit Mrs oldogy says we should work the garden.

I say we should go to the club and shoot. :DShe will go and shoot along side me when we do go shoot:cool:. Yeah, she shoots well. She will work the garden with me when we do that.

So help, comments with this very important family decision:

man, why didn't i think of that. get to shoot, plant the seeds, and scare off all the little critters that might destroy the garden at the same time. i'm in!!

I guess that depends on whether you want to eat fresh veggies this summer or try to eat that cold steel you would otherwise send down range. Lets see: nice fresh soft veggies....nice cold hard brass...hum that's a tough one. I'd go for the veggies, there will be time to play after the gardening, besides, mrs oldogy might let you do some gardening of your own, know what I mean??
