Tesla Takedown in TN this weekend

Not sure if you have heard about this, but there is a group going to “Protest” at Tesla Dealerships in TN, Bartlett, Franklin, Chattanooga, and Knoxville.   I hope that the police will be there to make sure that they don’t get violent.  I happen to have to be in Franklin tomorrow, so I may swing by to see what is going on, if anything.

As long as they are protesting, that will be fine.  But if they start to get violent I hope they are rounded up and arrested immedately.

The Tesla dealer in Bartlett is very close to a major intersection. It may cause some serious traffic problems.

While I'm proud of Bartlett PD. I don't recall them ever having to deal with a large protest before. Should be interesting.

Funny how the left wanted EV mandates and now they are burning EVs.  Guess it never had anything to do with the environment.

I would have more confidence in BPD handling knuckleheads than Memphis.

Not quite that black and white. Elon was once a hero to that crowd for various reasons. Over the years, he's shifted into whatever he is today. It has been wild to watch public opinion of him shift on places like Reddit. I never understood why they were so in love with him before.

I figure its either going to be a major event or a total flop. I'm leaning toward flop. A makeshift internet protest from some group nobody ever heard of? I'm thinking they'll be lucky if a couple of people show up. But then Memphis is plumb full of liberal idiots.  I guess we shall see.
