New to me S&W 1911PD

It's on the way. Tuesday I'm told. Why isn't it Tuesday yet? This is my first 1911 in several years. My last 1911 I traded off and just about the time I got home... I wish I hadn't. Sometimes I think I'm a little on the :rolleyes: side. Oh well... Can't wait till Tuesday.. :D :D :D

That's a good looking handgun. I really like the grips! One thing you may find yourself wanting to do is order a Wilson trigger and have it hand-fitted to the frame. For some reason, Smith & Wesson triggers just flop around like crazy in the frames. Other than that, I really like them. Came close to buying one again recently. :rolleyes:

The wait is finally over. Now to the range with it. :poop:

David was right about the triger. I'll probably have that replaced at some point. So far tho.. I love it!

Yeah.. It came with the originals too. I kinda like these tho. Not sure how practical they are just yet but we'll see.
