"    Things turn out best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out." Got this from a lady in Thousand Oaks California writings.

Love that saying!  Exactly what I tell my patients: focus on what you can control in life vs. what you cannot, for when you try to control something that is not yours to control, the result is anxiety.

And if things still freak you out, God offers a supernatural solution:

"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7)

"Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?  If you then are not able to do the least, why are you anxious for the rest?" (Luke 12:25-26)

"As for the uncertain lot that the future has in store for me, why should I demand from fortune that she should give me this and that rather than demand from myself that I should not ask for them?" Seneca, Letter XV, Epistulae Morales.
