Hi from Nashville!

Hi I've lived in Nashville for about 5 years moving from Georgia.  I'm trying to get familiar with gun shops around town and I'm noticing pricing is a  little different from place to place.  I'd like to get some recommendations on shops in the Nashville area. Thanks

Welcome from another Nashvillian. Been here 28 years now.

I live on the far west side of Davidson Co., so Royal Range is my LGS. Nice range, friendly staff, and decent selection of guns and gear. I don’t have much experience with other stores in the area so can’t comment on pricing.

Depending on which side of town you live, Dickson Sportsman Store is another good option. I just bought a new Beretta 92FS from them.

Welcome!   I also have a house near Royal Range and have been there many times.  I do find their prices to be a little bit higher, and I found that unless you're a member, the fees for transferring there is quite high.   I have also been to Nashville Gun and Knife and found them to be really expensive, almost never buy anything there.

As for transfers, I have done several through Arms & Ammo in Franklin, they were cheaper, and they are much smaller.  Alway have a good time talking with the guys when I go there.   Even my wife likes going with me.

That being said, welcome, I've only been in the area for about 4 years now, so always learning new things and finding new people.   So glad you're here!
