Help me understand the difference in TN licenses

So I want to buy a Tennessee fishing license, and I'm unsure of the difference between the Senior Sportsman license and the Permanent Senior Citizen Hunt Fish Trap license.  It looks to me like the difference is that one is annual and requires no other tags or fees, and one is permanent but DOES require paying fees for certain hunts.

I'm over 65, so eligible for either.  What are the advantages / disadvantages of the two?    Thanks!

I think the only difference is that the Senior Sportsman includes WMA access and the Senior Hunt/Fish/Trap does not. You could call them and ask. (615) 781-6500
