Trying to Renew Benefactor Status

My Benefactor membership expired in October. Tried to renew it twice this afternoon on the app for TGO on my phone. Received two emails from PayPal confirming I had cancelled my membership then renewed it. I’m not seeing a link on the subscription that allows me to purchase my new one year membership. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Still not allowing me to renew. PayPal shows cancelled and renewed.  Anyone have any experience with this or a  suggestion?

You had a few expired Benefactor memberships that were eligible for renewal.  I canceled them entirely, so you should be able to re-subscribe under a new one now.

David, the membership link shows my subscription has expired and tells me to cancel it on PayPal then come back and resubscribe. PayPal shows the account reactivated with the annual payment in October. Should there be a link or button to click on to buy or renew the membership?  Do I need to cancel the PayPal subscription once more the attempt to renew? Thank you for your help.

Yes, I'd cancel the PayPal subscription and try again.  Something has gotten out of sync between the forum and PayPal.

Whatever happened it allowed me to sign up again just now. Thank you for all of your help.
