XS Sights Customer Service

Everybody always bitches about bad experiences. Here is a good one.

Installing a set of XS Big Dots on an AK over the weekend. During installation(not user error) one of the lugs broke off the rear sight ramp.

Contacted XS on Monday and spoke with Bo. Its Wednesday and have already gotten the new ramp and installed. They also provided a SASE for me to send the damaged sight back to them.

The few issues I have heard of these guys having, it seems they take care of them very quickly. Needless to say, they have a stoked customer. If anybody is in the market for sights, take the time to check them out.

XS is awesome. My Glock 19 wears Big Dots and I also put a set on my Arsenal/Saiga. Big Dots on an AK are a perfect combo. Quick when needed but suprisingly accurate.

Yep, I gottem for my Glock 21 and I really like them. That's why I'm gettin them for the Glock 30. Any future Glock I get will have them also. Perhaps a Glock 17 and a 26.

I have them on my G19, issued XD45, and 3 AKs.

I've had to use their CS twice over the years and both times my experiences were just like yours...excellent!

Those of you who have the XS sights on Glock pistols...

Where did you go to have them installed and how much did the installation cost?

I watched TGO David do my Glock 21 and 30. I don't think it's anything anybody couldn't do on their own. However, David has a sight pusher for the rear that makes it much more doable.

Install is pretty straight forward. XS has a good video on their website. If your not comfortable doing it yourself any gunsmith could get it done. A sight pusher is nice to have but it can be done without it.

I couldn't get the factory sights on my P220 to budge (lack of proper tools) - so I took it & my big dots by guns & leather to see when Jeff could take care of it for me. 5 minutes later, my pistol was sporting new big dots & I dunno if I'm allowed to say it, but - he didn't charge a thing.

I almost ordered the "standard dot" but changed my mind last minute. I'm glad I did - I'm really liking the "big" dot.

Oh - and so as to avoid total thread drift ... I didn't have any need for XS's customer service - everything worked just fine right out of the box!

I'll go ahead and hijack my own thread.

Ran the big dots in a IDPA match yesterday on a pistol. Very impressed.

Wasn't sure if I would like them on a handgun, only had them on rifles in the past. Sight acquisition is immediate, just dot the "I".

I now return you to your regularly scheduled thread.
