I’d love to know how much brisket they serve in a given hour.  If you told me they serve 150lbs t hour during peak times, I’d believe it.

That probably has something to do with how good it is.  You’re never getting an old sandwich.

Every time we go to Crossville, we always stop to get brisket for lunch. IT IS GREAT. I preferer sliced. Banana pudding isn't bad to go with the sandwich.

I’ll be glad when they open in Murfreesboro.

Seems like I've been waiting FOREVER since I heard it was going to happen. I can't wait to try it.

I'll be that guy. I think Bucee's brisket is extremely overrated.

It is just ok for brisket, pretty good for gas station brisket. Chopped instead of sliced knocks it down several pegs and the amount of sauce it is drowned in knocks it down several more. Better than a Circle K warmer burger or a Love's roller dog but not what I want if BBQ is on the mind.

Their jerky is on point though. If they don't have a flavor you like you just don't like jerky period.

You expertly described my expectations of their brisket. If I can grab buy top-notch beef jerky, fill up with gas, use the world's cleanest restroom, AND score a pretty good brisket sammich all in one stop, I'll call it a win.

Oh, it’s not the best.  Truth be told I’ve had worse in better places. It has too much sauce for me.  But it’s consistent. And it’s fresh.

I like any place where I can see the whole process of making my food.

It's far from great but it's good enough, and added in with the rest of the Buc-ee's perks, it's a winner. I did NOT like their breakfast brisket tacos though. Missing something for sure but I don't know what . . . grilled peppers and onions, maybe? Their biscuits are darn tasty though and the Beaver Tail (Paddle Tail in some stores) is a great flaky pastry.

FYI - Since they make the BBQ sandwiches fresh, you can ask for one w/o sauce (or very little) and they'll hook you up.

+1 to the Banana Pudding. Chocolate is also very good. Key Lime Pie pudding is on the list.

I've also tried their healthier snackle box options and was satisfied. Some cubes of grilled chicken, cheese, pretzel chips, and fresh fruit make for a good easy-to-eat car meal.

It's not bad for crock pot bbq. Needs a lot more smoke and the sauce could be spicier, or a good dry rub.   But it's edible.

Yeah, it's not horrible. Just not something that I would get excited about or go out of my way for. I would eat it over McDs or Burger King for sure.

I love it! If I’m in the area of one, that where I go for a great sandwich or breakfast burrito! And instead of the banana pudding, try one of their humungous cinnamon rolls! 😋

There is a benefit to the place when traveling with family.  The bathrooms are clean, you can get gas cheaper than about anyplace nearby, and the whole family can find something they can eat - so you're not also stopping at someplace crazier - like chick-fil-a

I will likely never know what anything is I like inside of a buccees.
When it comes to  getting a tank of gas I look for easy access and exit.  Especially on longer drives.
I once tried to get gas at buccees off I-65 in Alabama. I couldn’t drive 5 feet without some millennials darting out in front of my truck from all directions. The lines to the gas pumps were extremely long and it was chaos. I couldn’t have been happier to see that buccees in my rear view mirror.
I suppose I am not a patient man, But I do know of some better places to get brisket.
